Return Policy

1. Return Period
Under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to notify us of your wish to withdraw from the contract and return the product (right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises sales).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty or not as described. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or we have made an error, the cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so you have proof of return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
4. Return Process
To start a return: (1) Contact us within the 14-day period using the contact details below and state that you wish to withdraw. (2) Pack the product securely in its original packaging. (3) Send the product to the address we provide. (4) Keep proof of postage. Once we have received the returned product and verified it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as set out in section 8.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g. opened supplement bottles). Customised or personalised products may also be non-returnable unless defective. We will inform you at the time of order if any such restrictions apply.
6. General Legal Requirements
This policy is provided in line with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. As a consumer in the Netherlands or the EU, you have statutory rights that cannot be restricted by this policy. In case of conflict between this policy and mandatory law, the law prevails.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the return process described above applies. To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible using the contact information below.
8. Refund Procedure
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or of you providing evidence of having sent it). In the case of withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return. Delivery charges may only be refunded to the extent required by law (e.g. standard delivery for the cheapest option).
