3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not: use the site in any way that violates applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data; transmit malware or harmful code; use automated means to scrape or collect data without permission; or use the site to send spam or misleading communications. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

5. Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days via PostNL (tracked). We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Please contact us first. As a consumer in the Netherlands you may also contact the Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM) for advice. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may bring proceedings before the competent courts in the Netherlands.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, including the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), in particular Book 7 on contracts. EU consumer rights (e.g. Directive 2011/83/EU) apply where you are a consumer. Any disputes are subject to the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
